Toto tzv. "České pivo" se nechá prokvasit nikoli ve spilkách, ale vysokých uzavřených "silech" a ne dva měsíce, ale jeden týden. Vzniklá hořkost se nesebere a nevyhodí, ale naředí u výstupu sodovkou na 3% hořkosti a máme europivo! A nebo taky "České pivo". Z původní chuti mimo tu hořkost nezůstalo nic!
